Omni

This article explains how to start an Omni group chat session with other users.

Prerequisites:

• Omni app installed and registered on your iOS or Android phone.

To Start an Omni Group Chat:

1. Open Omni. The Chats screen is displayed.
2. Tap the Add New Chat or Group button.
   
   
   The New Chat or Group screen is displayed.
3. Tap New Group.
   
   
   The Add a New Group screen is displayed.
4. Enter a name or subject for the new group.
   
   
   
5. In the Select Group Members list, tap one or more users to add them to the new group.
   
   
   
6. Perform one of the following options.
   • Either:
     • Tap Add Group.
       
       
       The New Chat or Group screen is displayed and the new group has been added to your list of Omni groups. Tap the new group's name to start a new group chat session.
       
       
       
   • Or:
     • Tap Add and Chat.
       
       
       The Chats screen is displayed and a new group chat session has started with the new group. The new group has been added to your list of Omni groups.
